Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of Empwrous Super Creatine Gummies products offered on the websites https://empwrous.fr and https://getempwrous.com.
Article 2 – Orders
The order is confirmed once payment has been accepted via credit card or PayPal. The customer receives a confirmation email.
Article 3 – Prices and Currencies
Prices are shown in euros (€) and US dollars ($). Shipping fees are specified before order confirmation.
Article 4 – Delivery
Delivery takes place within 5 to 7 business days via partner carriers.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
