If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund conditions below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons related to food and dietary supplements, opened or used products cannot be returned.

We accept returns only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened, unsealed, or used dietary supplements

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Digital items (if any)

  • Gifts or promotional items


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Send us the following at support@empwrous.fr:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will send a replacement or offer a refund depending on availability.


4. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide instructions and the return address.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method. EMPWROUS is not responsible for lost return packages.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or refusal.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Processing time varies but usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a damaged or incorrect item.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want another product, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before fulfillment.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
